Three staff members, including a NP and Dr. Bhardwaj, were present for my visit. They were all very respectful in taking my vitals, conducting a thorough intake, listening with care and compassion to my concerns, and absorbing any insight I was able to provide as the patient. Dr. Bhardwaj walked me through all possible diagnoses, even ranking them in terms of likelihood, and walked me through the next steps, making sure I understood the “plan of attack” (if you will) and how I could be a proactive participant in the diagnostic process. She also took the time to evaluate possible psychological causes/concerns, which is a factor too often neglected in many medical offices. Stellar bedside manner from everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with. Beyond being satisfied, I was impressed with my care and hope to continue seeing Dr. Bhardwaj as my PCP.
